Presentation :
In order to replace sensors on old generation tester, Coprosud
proposes an economic solution of
retrofitting.
On open frame (for fitting in existing
control box), the kit includes 1
pressure sensor (piezoelectric ceramic),
an electronic treatment, a digital
display of measured pressure, high
reliability relays (standard statics
or with contacts "flash gold")
and comes to replace the old transmitters
and isolation solenoid valve.
Adjustments :
The threshold of minimum inflation, for the detection of large
leak, as well as the threshold of
decrease pressure for the micro-leak
research, are consigned in millibars,
with help of numerical display.
Visualization :
The measurement of inflation pressure is displayed in millibars
on 3 digits; 2 luminous diodes visualize
research of large leaks and micro-leaks,
facilitating the development.
Manual :
Each kit is delivered with a wiring diagram (the connection
is done starting from the existing
connector blocks machine), a nomenclature
of components, a detailed handbook
(with teaching explanation of the
leak test cycle).
