Software for data exchange between PC and leak testing machine

 

 

Xrecord software presentation:
Xrecord is a software allowing communication between a PC and a Coprosud leak test machine, connected by a RS232 cable, through their serial port.
It ensures in particular, the automatic recording of leak test results in Excel files, ensuring optimized traceability of your process.
Xrecord offers moreover of windows for calibration, parameters setting and visualization of tendency curves of connected tester.

Window in PRODUCTION mode:

The connected tester being in production mode, this window displays the program parameters machine in progress, the results of the last test and the table of all preceding measurements.
This table, automatically saved with Excel format, progressively records the values of each test cycle and calculates the process output.

Window in CALIBRATION mode:

This screen makes it possible to clearly display the calibration results for leak detector, in order to define parameters of a test program with respect to a new tested container type.
After the setting of 3 parameters for new calibration cycles (balancing time, pressure decay threshold, cycles number to be made), the program progressively visualizes realization of calibration cycles, the average values, the minimums and maximums, measurements (pressurization time, search time, airtightness coefficient) used to determine instructions of production program.

Window in SETTING mode:

This screen displays and allows modifications on line of test instructions for all programs from connected leak testing machine.
These parameters are automatically saved in a Excel format file.

Window in GRAPHIC mode:

From the working file in progress, this window displays various curves and makes it possible to characterize certain tendencies (% bad, pressurization time, search time , etc ...).
